Quotes are estimates, not contracts

Any figure, range or quote you receive through this Site — including anything sent in reply to the free quote form — is an estimate based on the information you provided. It is not a fixed price, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not a binding contract. Real pricing depends on what we find on site: roof pitch and height, run lengths, fascia condition, access, tree cover and similar factors. We may revise or withdraw an estimate at any time before work is agreed.

Actual work is governed by a separate agreement

If you hire us, the work itself is governed by a separate written agreement or contract between you and Easy Flow Gutter Co. LLC. That agreement — not this website — sets out the scope of work, the price, the schedule, payment terms, and any warranty. Where anything on this Site conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

No warranty is created by this website

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, its availability, or the accuracy of its content. Nothing on this Site creates a warranty on any work we perform; any workmanship warranty we offer exists only where it is written into the separate agreement described above.

Easy Flow Gutter Co. LLC is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board under CCB #224416. Consumers can verify the license status of any Oregon contractor, including ours, at the CCB's public search: search.ccb.state.or.us/search.

Intellectual property

The content of this Site — its text, layout, design, photographs and the Easy Flow Gutter Co. name and logo — belongs to Easy Flow Gutter Co. LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or use our content, photos or logo in any other way without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse it, interfere with or disrupt its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it or its underlying systems, scrape or harvest it by automated means, submit false or misleading information through the quote form, or use the form to send spam, malicious content or anything unlawful.
