This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Flow Gutter Co. LLC (“Easy Flow,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles information collected through this website at easy-flow-gutter-co.pages.dev (the “Site”). We are a gutter and roof services company based in Eugene, Oregon. We collect only what we need in order to quote your job and get back to you, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

There is exactly one form on this Site — the free quote form, which appears on the home page and on the Contact page. When you submit it, we receive the information you typed into it:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The property address where the work would happen
• The number of stories on the building
• The service you need
• How you prefer to be contacted (call, text or email)
• Anything you choose to write in the optional details box

That is the whole list. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive identifiers. If you call or email us instead of using the form, we simply have whatever you tell us in that call or message.

How your submission reaches us

The quote form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay service. When you press submit, your entries are sent to FormSubmit, which formats them and forwards them by email to our Gmail inbox. FormSubmit handles your submission on our behalf as a processor; Google handles the resulting email as our email provider. We do not use any other form, chat widget, booking tool or CRM on this Site.

What we use it for

Only to answer you. We use what you submit to prepare a quote, ask any follow-up questions, schedule the work if you go ahead, and keep ordinary business records of the job. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run a newsletter, and we do not use your details for advertising.

No analytics, no tracking, no cookies

This Site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics — no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no session recording. It carries no advertising or tracking pixels, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other websites. There are no user accounts and no logins, and no payments are taken on this Site.

If we ever add cookies or analytics in the future, we will update this policy, change the “Last updated” date above and describe what is being used before it is in place. Nothing described in this paragraph is in use today.

Third parties that see your IP address

Serving a web page means your browser has to request files, and the servers that hold those files see your IP address as a normal consequence. On this Site that applies to:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) — delivers the two typefaces used across the Site.
• unpkg.com — delivers the three.js module that powers the animated graphic on the home page.
• Cloudflare Pages — hosts the Site and keeps standard server and security logs, including IP addresses and request details, to serve pages and protect against abuse.

These are file requests, not tracking we have set up, and we receive no reports or dashboards from them about you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. The only parties who touch what you submit are the service providers named above who deliver the message to us, plus anyone we are legally required to disclose to — for example in response to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

Quote requests live in our email inbox. We keep them as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain normal business and job records, and we delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us what you sent us, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. Phone (541) 517-6718 or email easyflowgutterco@gmail.com and tell us which; we will take care of it. You can also simply not use the form and call us instead.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us. No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, though, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

Our services are sold to adults who own or manage property. This Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

This Site links to a few outside pages, such as our Facebook and Instagram profiles and the Oregon Construction Contractors Board license search. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites we do not operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes — such as introducing cookies or analytics — will be described here.
