Easy Flow Gutter Co. is Jonathan “JJ” Johnson: one Eugene contractor who started the company in 2018, still climbs the ladder himself, and has kept it small on purpose ever since.
The owner
He came home from the fire line and started a gutter company.
Before Easy Flow, Jonathan was working wildland fire — long seasons, long distances, a long way from Eugene. He wanted a job closer to home, in the town he actually lives in. So he started one.
His goal was simple, and it's still the way he says it: to “provide affordable gutter services to my community.” The business began with cleaning and repairs — the unglamorous work that keeps a roofline alive through a Willamette Valley winter — and grew from there into full gutter installation, roofing and moss work.
He could have scaled it. He decided not to. Keeping the operation small, in his words, is what lets him take “a more hands-on approach, provide quicker response times, and add a level of customer service that makes clients want to return.”
In practice that means the person who quotes your job is the person on your roof, and the person who answers the phone already knows your house. If that's the way you'd rather have it done, get in touch.
